Sweet little girl and her sweet backyard party

The B family invited me to their lovely home and I found myself completely taken by their warmth, kindness and love.  And their newly-3-year-old daughter absolutely stole my heart. She looked into my eyes and I was absolutely done for.

With a backyard of friends, family and the “funny lady” Molly (an amazing un-clown from SeNd In ThE cLoWnS), not to mention a spread of food that had everyone going back for thirds and fourths, this was the perfect birthday party from start to finish. Mom and Grandma Nancy made an absolutely delectable home made chocolate cake that had ME going back for thirds and fourths.

Thank you B family for welcoming me into your lives for this special day. I felt absolutely blessed to have shared those few hours with you.

Evan turns 1

Evan’s family invited me over to their beautiful home (seriously, I am so jealous and have already started rethinking my entire home decorating motif - which is, admittedly, a motif of clutter). It was a beautiful party, very intimate with very dear friends and family in attendance. With big brother Walt serenading his baby brother into his 1st birthday with a lovely rendition of Happy Birthday on his guitar, and Evan soon following suit by grabbing his guitar.  They soon became the K Brothers Band. I’m expecting a Grammy Award on their bookshelf shortly.
